What is the difference between signing reminders and renewal reminders?

Signing reminders nudge recipients who have not yet signed an open request. Renewal reminders alert contract owners before a document's expiry date (T-30, T-7, T-1). Both are Advanced features.

Does Advanced include AI document intelligence?

No — AI document intelligence requires Agreement Cloud Advanced plus the AI Copilot add-on (AI Assistant Basic, Pro, or Enterprise). AI outputs are drafting and review aids, not legal advice. Verify with qualified counsel.

What AI features are available on agreements?

With Advanced and AI Copilot: document summary, key-term extraction, clause explanation, ask the document, risk review, version comparison, and agreement draft generation. All are review aids — not legal advice.

Is identity verification the same as a digital certificate or Aadhaar signature?

No. Agreement Cloud identity verification (OTP) is an electronic signature: it confirms the signer reached a verified contact (email or phone) before signing. The audit trail records the channel, masked contact, and timestamp — it is not a DSC or certificate-tier signature. Aadhaar eSign (certificate signing) is a separate add-on (legally-binding IT-Act certificate signature via Surepass/eMudhra ASP (★ REPLACE AFTER LEGAL REVIEW)). Requires Agreement Advanced plus the Certificate add-on.

What is the Certificate Signing add-on?

Agreement Cloud Certificate Signing (₹999/mo) enables Aadhaar eSign for signature requests when combined with Agreement Advanced. Per-signature Surepass vendor usage is tracked in your Agreement Cloud hub. Legal marketing claims are pending formal review.
